I wasn't planning on buying it. I just went to buy a gift for a friend, and ended up leaving with a Powerball wrist trainer in my pocket. I was sure it was just a whim, but something told me I had to try it. And for good reason. After just a few days, I noticed that my fingers were working differently: faster, more precisely, stronger. It felt like I had developed a skill I hadn't noticed before. The trainer became a permanent part of my daily routine. Coffee, tasks, and a couple of minutes of spinning in between. The Powerball wrist trainer has become more than just an accessory, it's part of my state. It gathers me, charges me, and seems to start my internal motor. Now, when someone asks how I've been able to keep up the pace for so long, I smile. Because I know that the Powerball wrist trainer had a hand in it, too. Literally.
