You can combine all moves, as long as they dont conflict with each other (walk forward, walk back would conflict .
So thats why you will need two hands to control all that. When you get the basic idea its easy, since each move has its own key.

I can't play 3D because my keyboard doesn't let me. I can't press 4 things at once like other people so it feels quite limited in terms of movement. However, if I had a different set of controls (some keys don't jam after pressing too many) I would be able to do everything. I have the same trouble, my keyboard bleeps at me if I press certain things together but when I played 3D I used a PS2 pad with an adapter which allows me to use it on my pc. I've also used Xmapper (or padder) to map my keyboard keys to the Xbox pad so I can use that on games also (like Hitman Contracts).
