To be honest, a lot of fighters are underrated. All of this 'power rankings' and 'top 15' are total rubbish and don't make any opinions on them. A lot of peoples opinions just come from other people who tell them.

However, the 'most underrated fighter' would be Black Bear. You guys don't see how good he is and how much he has improved even at that level. Most guys can't improve at that stage, i think he'll become an elite in time.
