Exactly what Donny said, watching it made me feel proper gutted, but in the long run it'll be it should be be a positive as he'll learn a lot from it, and hopefully he'll do the same as he did with the Cuban in the Olympics.

Got a class timetable for 6th form though which allows me train a shit load now, 4 free periods on both Wednesday and Thursday, and with a gym being next door to my school I can just walk over, pretty class
