Has the game changed since I last played? Seems like most fights end in KO now. Is it even possible to get up if you fall forward now?

25 of my last 40 fights have been KO's.

That's because the punches are way too powerful and made the jab least powerful which really doesn't suit my style unfortunately.

I used to be able to get up every time I fell forward unless i got hit on the way down. Now I just can't get up, and it seems somebody falls forward in almost every fight.
